The Rock the Lough 5k is part of the annual Rock the Lakes and Lough multi-distance event organised by St Peter's AC, starting and finishing at South Lake Leisure Centre in Craigavon. The flat, fast course circles both of the Craigavon Lakes on sealed paths, offering an idyllic lakeside setting throughout. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and goody bag, and the event draws runners and walkers of all abilities. The 5k is open to wheelchair and handcycle participants. Timing is provided by MyRunResults and the event is held under Athletics Northern Ireland permit. Post-race refreshments are provided by the club at the finish area. Entry is available online only, with no registration on the day.
