The Cork City Half Marathon follows a single-loop paved course that starts on Monahan Road and joins the full marathon route to finish on St. Patrick's Street. The route travels through the eastern suburbs including the Marina and Blackrock before navigating the southern and western parts of the city. Participants pass through the residential areas near The Lough and University College Cork before heading onto the Model Farm Road.
