The Seskinore Forest 5k starts and finishes at Seskinore Rural Community Centre and follows a route on the trails and roads that wind through and around the beautiful Seskinore Forest. The course takes in the woodland paths and quiet country roads in the vicinity of the forest, offering a scenic and gently undulating run through the Tyrone countryside. The surface is a mix of trail path and tarmac road throughout. Organised by Seskinore Rural Community Group, this popular community event welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages and abilities. Finishers receive wooden medals and the event is fully chip timed. All proceeds go to local community projects in Seskinore Forest and the village, plus the event's chosen charity. Race packs can be collected the evening before or on the morning of the race.
