The Midleton Greenway parkrun begins and ends in the Greenway Car Park, conveniently located at the rear of Midleton train station. This scenic out-and-back course guides participants along the newly developed Midleton to Youghal Greenway, featuring a turnaround point at the historic Fitzfiddler’s Bridge. Runners enjoy a tranquil route through the heart of East Cork, following a path that provides a safe and attractive environment for all abilities. The terrain is run entirely on smooth, permanent tarmac paths and is celebrated for being exceptionally flat and fast. While the course is ideal for a personal best, the return leg features a subtle incline that adds a rewarding final challenge to the event.
