The Mick Egan 4 Mile is a popular annual road race held in the coastal village of Doonbeg, Co Clare, organised in memory of a beloved local sporting figure. The race takes place on closed roads in and around Doonbeg village. The course is run entirely on tarmac roads and is generally considered flat to gently undulating, making it suitable for competitive athletes and recreational runners alike.
