The Cork BHAA Stryker 4 Mile is held in Carrigtwohill, east Cork. Moved from its traditional August date to late April in recent seasons, the race attracted 530 finishers in 2025. Registration opens from 6pm at a local venue in the village, with a 7:30pm race start. The course follows a loop of the roads in and around Carrigtwohill on tarmac, with some gently rolling terrain characteristic of east Cork. Sponsored by Stryker, the event is a competitive evening race on the spring section of the Cork BHAA calendar. Entry is on the night.
