Description
The Clonmel parkrun begins and ends at Gas House Bridge on New Quay, offering a scenic out-and-back route along the tranquil banks of the River Suir. Participants follow the Suir Blueway path, passing under the historic bridge and heading through the heart of the town toward the Moangarriff Roundabout. The course provides picturesque views of the water and lush greenery, creating a serene environment for all participants. Runners navigate a smooth, entirely tarmac surface that is celebrated for being exceptionally flat and fast, making it ideal for a personal best. This professionally organized event concludes with a high-energy return to the quay, capturing the vibrant and welcoming spirit of the local community.
