Description
The Ballinamore Greenway parkrun begins and ends at the St Felim’s plaza, located near the junction of the R202 and R199. This scenic out-and-back course starts with a loop of the plaza before leading runners along the historic footprint of the former Cavan and Leitrim narrow-gauge railway. The route travels toward Corgar Lough, offering beautiful views of the rolling Leitrim countryside and passing sites of local railway heritage. The terrain consists of a smooth tarmac surface at the start and finish, transitioning into well-maintained granular gravel paths along the greenway.
